Outer: Can astrology help me strengthen my relationship?

Inner: The sky can always help us find the right path forward. But one question still stands: “are you truly lost?”. In your case, do you have problems with your significant other?

Outer: Not something serious.

Inner: Astrology clears one’s view, but it might also cloud it. Just like when you are watching a movie someone has spoiled for you or pumped up your expectations, you cannot enjoy it the same anymore. And in all likelihood, it will also disappoint you.

Outer: So when can I use astrology for a relationship?

Inner: If you have people in front of you, there is a high possibility you don’t need astrology; communicate and get to know them. Looking at the sky in a relationship is only good in its darkest hours, for a specific issue, or when both partners gaze up together to build intimacy through a process of self-discovery.

Outer: Can astrology at least help me decide if a partner is good for me?

Inner: An astrologer can help you prepare for a relationship; lay out a map, or tell you what to expect. Many relationships eventually hit a dead-end, and that is where astrology can show the way forward. People are complex, and the reasons we meet one another are never fully understood. Only once impressions have settled down the interpretation of the stars can begin.

Outer: I’m a Libra, and the person I like is a Cancer. What do you have to say about that combination?

Inner: Natal chart cast at the time of your birth is a well of infinite wisdom and insight. You being a Libra is merely a tiny fraction of that chart, and them being a Cancer is a small fraction of their natal chart. If you had just one cubic centimeter of a fridge you are eying for your new kitchen, you would be able to figure out if it will fit your bigger vision. That cubic centimeter could be anything else but that fridge! Just like that, the energies of Cancer, Libra, Leo, etc. are all around us. Unique combinations of these energies and much more, are what creates the individual.
